Super Show 4 in Singapore

First time having a title haha!

So SS4 in Singapore was held over two days, 18-19 February 2012, and I WAS THERE FOR BOTH DAYS. This time round though, we were in mosh pits for both days, imagine how tired we were!

Day 1 started with me meeting JJ and Serena at 10am at the indoor stadium to queue for merchandise. There had to be at least 70 ppl in front of us! Halfway through, Serena's cousin met us and then we queued there, but halfway it started raining. Not totally unexpected, i mean, SJ always brings rain to our sunny island...LOL haha.

Anyway so when the security moved us to a sheltered place, we found this girl who cut our queue, but insisted she did not do so. So we were kinda complaining about her behind her back, occasionally raising our voices to let her hear us but turns out she couldn't speak english well. How did we find out? She asked us if we can speak chinese, and told us, in an attempt to be friendly, that she spent alot of money to come here and did not know how our queuing system is like etc. Also mentioned that she was going to come here to Singapore to study, and asked if there's any official forums for ELFs? So I tried to answer her questions as nicely as possible but I realised she was just trying to stick to us...well anyway I left her behind somehow, and she ended up queuing with another person who was also trying to cut queue.

Birds of a feather flock together.

We managed to buy our merchandise! I got the lightstick, towel, bag, name tag and most importantly, my SIWON L-FOLDER. Cuz he looked super handsome there haha it's a must-get!!

Then we went to queue for the mosh, found that there were many Japanese fans! And later during the concert we also found out that Singaporeans were the minority..in our own country. WTH.

So fast forward to the concert! We were in Pen A for the first day, and so bloody near the speakers, I think my hearing's still kinda affected! And from the moment the concert officially started, I can't remember many things so I shall just write them in point form, for both days:

1. During Oops!, Day 1, Eunhyuk lost his balance and proceeded to knock over one of the dancers so that she would lose her balance too. I SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE HYUKJAE ^^

2. During Walkin', Day 1, Leeteuk didn't come out for his part! Day 2, he ended up singing upside down haha, oppa are you okay!!

Shindong on the other hand, scared me while appearing in his tiny plane, I thought he was going to fall! Siwon wore a leopard printed coat(?) and was handsome! yay. Kyu got attacked by the birds and high-kicked them, as usual haha. Yesung seemed so unaffected by these birds!

3. The first member to come over to our side on the first day was Ryeowook i think? Either him or Leeteuk.

4. I loved Leeteuk's solo. but he didn't give our side any roses :(

5. Kyu's solo was adorable! I never thought playing the harmonica was cool/cute until he did it haha.

6. Day 1: During his solo, Eunhyuk asked the audience "What's my name?" twice, the audience replied "Lee HyukJae" twice, but he seemed kinda disappointed?? Since he replied, "(sigh) I shall be Lee Hyuk Jae then." LOL. which made us go "???", like were we supposed to say something else?

Day 2: He said that he would be "Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, Johnny Depp, and Choi Siwon." But of course, the audience didn't let him be anyone else but Lee Hyuk Jae! This fan behind us was like angrily saying "we're supposed to say the names he asked us to, not lee hyukjae!"

To this fan: I assume you're Eunhyuk biased (based on your reaction), but I would like to tell you and him that, he's more handsome than any of the names mentioned! Except for Siwon, of course HAHA. (Being biased here.)

7. Ryeowook's solo was OMG. totally. He's grown up! I can call him oppa now LOL.

8. Shindong's solo was surprising too! manly version of bubble pop haha!

9. Siwon's solo kinda showed off his singing. He needs to sing more ballads. WonKyu should form a sub-unit! i will show my ultimate support for this unit then hahaha.

10. Sungmin's was kinda similar to SS3's?

11. Donghae sang This Is Love!! Well i think it was lip-synced though. but heck, i love that song! and oppa oppa was great, I could hear the whole stadium sing "Oppa, Oppa" together despite the booming bass.

12. Henry had different solos on both days! I totally forgot what the title was for "off my mind" LOL.

13. Zhoumi's solo was the one he sang in Skip Beat!

14. Do Re Mi was awesome. They were so adorable haha! Siwon failed at his handstand and the rest were like "HAHA YOU FAILED" like how they were in EHB! but he's still handsome! and I think I was like looking at him all the time, so all I saw was him tucking in his shirt. BOTH DAYS. walao what was i doing lol!!

Hae forgot his part and was so adorable when he realised that!

15. Pajama Party: Siwon was at our side during Day2!! Eunhyuk was trying to fly on both days LOL. But i think this fancam has the most important point I witnessed right in front of my eyes LOL. Sungmin's obsessed with showing off his underwear!

Leeteuk was at our side during Day1! Showing his butt to us lol.

16. Kyu kept saying "You know?" to the fan and Siwon replied him "You know what??" in perfect english! yay. wonkyu!

Oh no, another year has passed by so quickly again!

I am honestly starting to lose track of what happens in which year liao LOL.

This year has been a more peaceful year I suppose, so peaceful that I don't know what to talk about.

NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS 2011:
1) That i'll study hard for my main exams in february/march
2) That I'll learn more stuff, LOL
3) That i'll lose even more weight ^^
4) That i'll save even more money...
5) That 2011 will be suju's year :D
6) That SME will stop being so biased
7) That suju and 2pm will work more together! (chansung was so cute when leeteuk called him to come over yesterday during the KBS Music festival!)
8) That my SIP will go well
and finally,
9) That all of us will lead a healthy and happy life!

For 2012, my resolutions are somewhat the same, mainly because I have yet to decide what will my next step be. Hence, I'll just 看着办 haha :)

i'm tired, lol.

(actually i don't even know why am i here when i don't have the energy to summarise my VERY long day at work. it felt like 9 days instead of 9 hours lol **rolls eyes**)

i messed up my bosses' lunch but FORTUNATELY my colleagues covered up for me! thankyou sunbaenims :)

and after that whole episode i thought my heart was going to burst with me walking around carrying THAT in my bag!!

i think i almost had TWO heart attacks today or something.

Watched this Japanese movie called Departures, this happened to be the movie I wanted to watch back then! Or rather, was really interested in it. (and i just found out that this is a 2008 film, time really flies!)

Departures is about a man, Daigo Kobayashi, who loses his job in Tokyo and goes back to his hometown, and then finding a job dealing with departures, goes for the interview not knowing what does this "departures" mean, AND THEN, to his horror, it was a job advert for funerals? okay not exactly funerals, more like cleaning the body and preparing it to put it into the coffin. and I dunno what that job's title is but anyway.

It's an inspiring film! to me at least. It made me think alot about death (again, which is really a morbid topic lol), and i realised life is about love and death, receiving and giving.

I don't know how people who have not experienced losing their loved ones felt after watching this movie, but at some point of the film, memories of my grandma were flooding my head, and throughout that part, i was reminding myself to not cry, again and again.

Which, I didn't anyway, successfully, and thankfully.

Mrs Cheong asked me to share my experience, and it was summarised as, "It was my grandma, at first I didn't feel anything, but when they finally closed the coffin and cremated it, that was when i cried."

Short, simply because I didn't want to bore anyone, and more importantly, I needed to keep my emotions in check. Crying in front of the whole class would be both embarrassing and awkward. Not to mention it's been 5 years since her death!

Despite staying with her (during mornings/afternoons, 6 days a week) till I was 11, my memories of her consisted mainly of her:

1. holding the cane, threatening to hit us (my brother and i)

2. asking why did i bully my brother (when 50% of the time it was because he was a crybaby, not my fault!)

3. pretending that she threw our PRECIOUS gameboycolour away, and trust me, i was REALLY REALLY mad and upset with her! And I believed it until she suddenly took it out from a pile of newspapers LOL.

4. saying stuff about my dad, and i got upset with her too, but she found it really amusing

5. ordering me around. apparently, when i was 5, i told my dad "I have human rights too, how can she order me around like a maid when I'm only 5!" LOL.

6. smoking. smoking. smoking and smoking. we hated it. even till now, i believe if she hadn't smoked that much, i probably would have liked her much much better.

7. and lastly, cooking. i miss the fish that she always cooked for me because it was my favourite, i haven't eaten it in a long time. i also miss the jelly she made for us. the love letters during new year, the dumplings..what my mum cooks is different lol. no offence haha.

I can't say what did my grandma teach me about life, because i honestly don't know. I only knew at one point of time, she 'trusted' me enough to tell me about where her jewellery was kept, and to ask me to take care of my grandpa, who was then becoming senile, but no one knew or realised it except her.

in fact, i thought it was pretty contradicting, because not long after she told me that, she suddenly gave me angpaos and asked me to wish her a happy new year, when it was around a month before CNY!

I guess people really have premonitions about such stuff, because by CNY, she was slowly forgetting stuff, losing keys, and even losing her character eventually.

haizz. Don't know why am I so emo now. I just needed to say all these without someone feeling awkward about it. Talking about this to my family wouldn't help much either.

should i do something more meaningful like commenting on Poseidon? HAHA.

I promise to be as truthful as possible, without being biased.

but, the latter is REALLY hard, i mean, with SIWON and YUNHO in it, HOW CAN I NOT BE BIASED MAN!! I'm totally watching this drama because of them...

Anyway, back to my point. I first heard about this drama when it was still under SBS (one of the BIG3 broadcasting stations in Korea), with Eric and Yunho as the leads! and then production kept being delayed....and slowly everyone pulled out of the drama except Yunho! and suddenly the drama was handed over to KBS (another of the BIG3), and they changed the whole thing, and siwon was casted instead!

when i heard that siwon was casted, the first thing that came to my mind was, "OH NO MR SIMPLE!!!!", because at that time Super Junior had YET to start Mr Simple promotions! so i already expected Siwon to be missing for most of the promotions. haizz.

and the second thing that came to my mind was "is he trying to work himself to death???", which i think, the effects are showing, he's getting thinner and looking more tired!

Finally, the third thing I thought about was "Yay he's in an action drama AGAIN WOOHOO ~" LOL.

(I know he's holding a mic, this was taken at their Beijing(?) fanmeeting, but it looked so much like the uniform he had in Athena! Which, I've yet to watch. LOL.)

(i really should stop fangirling now, shouldn't i?)

AHEM.

In all honesty I can only say that Chinese subs do not go well (for me) with police related dramas LOL.

It is also possible that the filming of the drama makes it SLIGHTLY confusing.

OR, it might also be safe to say that I have been too busy focusing on something else. **coughsiwoncough**

Whatever the reason, it seems like this drama will be focusing on just one major case? Though it's hard to say, I'm only at the 5th episode right now ^^

Siwon's taekwondo skills have definitely come to much use in this drama! I'm forever anticipating those fighting scenes with 1:8 or something along that line. Yunho does not pale in comparison, and I really LOVE IT when they fight the bad guys together!

The female lead, Lee Siyoung, does not appear like a good policewoman to me though. And her acting's kinda irritating sometimes. As a Siwon fan, I am NOT liking this pairing, not because I'm jealous.

It's just WEIRD, and I kinda hope Yunho (who goes overseas for 6 months) will come back and bring her away with him or something.

And that a new female character will appear to be with Siwon. LOL.

(I think i'm doing a really good job at being biased and honest, haha!)

As you can see from the above, this is NOT a review, because a review should be much less biased, but because my biases are in this drama, it is inevitable that I will be biased. HAHA SO THERE.

I REALLY REALLY LOVE THIS PERFORMANCE:

it's so freaking awesome!! to the point where I'm afraid that Suju may not win many awards (K-ELFS HAVE TO WORK HARD! fighting!) but anyway point is the long wait was worth it, really. it's just AWESOME.

I can't wait for their following performances, i hope they won't cut their high notes, to me that's really the highlight hahaha :) BEG and SJ FIGHTING!

Currently watching Protect the Boss. Since the series is not completed yet, I shall just give my opinions on the current 7 episodes that I've watched so far.

So there's Jisung as the male lead (I found him rather familiar looking, googled him and realised that he acted in Save the Last Dance for Me!), Choi Kang Hee as the female lead (whom i don't really know, haven't watched any of her previous works either), and Jaejoong as the third party!

(I'm definitely biased towards Jaejoong since 1. I started watching the drama because of him 2. He happens to be the first TVXQ member who i found to be good looking 3. I like his character! kinda.)

ANYWAY I read the wikidrama's synopsis of the drama which is like this:

No Eun Seol finally gets a job as a professional secretary at a large conglomerate after struggling with unemployment, only to fall in love with her boss, Cha Ji Heon, the immature youngest son of a chaebol family.

like, yeah, typical "poor sweet-but-tough girl and rich-spoilt-only-son guy fall in love with each other", the typical cinderella story! Which i really like(well, depends on the drama too though), and unfortunately DOES NOT happen in real life. My Korean teacher said that's the reason why there are so many KDramas which talk about such stuff.

But then I watched Simon and Martina's review, and many people seemed to like this drama, so I decided to watch it (like yesterday) and wow. I want to finish the whole series ASAP!!!!

So it kinda seems like Secret Garden, I mean look at the similarities between Cha Ji Heon (male lead of PTB) and Kim Joo Won (SG)! Rich, but don't really work (though i must say that at least the latter seems more useful to the company, have parents who prevent them from liking the girl they like. And the girls, Noh EunSeol(PTB) and Gil RaIm(SG), both know how to fight WELL..and they're poor hence they both live with their good friends in a small apartment(?).

And the male leads "rely" heavily on the female leads. And they happen to have female 3rd parties who look irritating with their too-big eyes and spoilt-brat personalities(hehe).

but that's it (I suppose).

Cha Ji Heon comes across to me as a childish clean-freak who doesn't know how to read faces, how to react in certain situations, and honestly he gets on my nerves sometimes. Ji Heon is kinda scared of many things (panic disorder), but he somehow gets into trouble often enough to make his cousin Mu Won (Jaejoong) to find a tough secretary for him! A tough girl who doesn't have a good background nor education (this is one of the must-haves in korean dramas), and stands up for herself and others. Mu Won finds her interesting, hires her, and everyone in the office thinks that she must have gotten in through connections. and after some events, she's prompted by her manager of the department to resign, only to have Mu Won and Ji Heon protect her job.

Ji Heon and Mu Won aren't exactly good buddies too, with Mu Won being the perfect OmChinAh (which means mother's friend's son) and Ji Heon being the good-for-nothing son who always gets compared to Mu Won. JiHeon's dad and Mu Won's mum are also "enemies", which i don't know why since i'm only at episode 7.

so obviously, they and EunSeol end up in a love triangle with an extra female outisde of the triangle (LOL confusing, but their relationship isn't a square one anyway).

I'm on Episode 7 now and i've yet to figure out if Mu Won really likes EunSeol!

I suppose it's their interactions with one another that make this drama fun to watch. Also the weird personalities of people like the extra female (Whom i shall call IceCream Girl), Mu Won's mother, and Ji Heon's father that give me more reason to finish watching the drama ASAP!

I can't talk about anything else since i'll be going into the plot (and i've yet to finish watching it too) so that's it!

But i will mention again that i like it when the two cousins fight, it's childishly cute HAHA :D

A must watch!

(and i shall repeat again that i can't wait for poseidon to start broadcasting, haha!)

anyway, i just started watching Protect the Boss!

As you can see from the poster, it stars Jaejoong! yeah he was the reason why i ever paid attention to this drama. Well not the only reason. People were saying how good the drama is and i think i've got to agree!

But if you ask me, Jaejoong looks kinda tired and not as good looking as he was back in 2007, during EHB LOL, but i think he still looks great! Especially when fighting with the male lead hehe ^^

this is NOT a review lol so obviously i'm putting in much of my fangirl self here instead of writing objectively.

Fighting! I'm on episode 7 now, finished 5 episodes yesterday :D fastest record! Next would probably be Heading to the Ground, coincidentally.

AHH I WANT TO WATCH POSEIDON AND SEE SIWON AND YUNHO KICK EACH OTHER'S ASSES haha! ^^

When Seon Woo [Siwon] was on Poseidon, his rival, Kang Eun Chul [Yunho] was always fighting with him for the 1st and 2nd positions. Kang Eun Chul is now the leader of the Tactics Team on Poseidon.
When Seon Woo, who was already dissatisfied, was dispatched to the 9th Investigation Team (loose translation), his attitude towards Eun Chul underwent a huge change.

This is the role of TVXQ's U-Know Yunho, who will be making a special friendship appearance.

just watched ss3 3D today!

it was great of course, what else do you expect from the hallyu kings? ^^

they were absolutely adorable+dorky=adorkable and that's the Super Junior we love, don't we?

heenim was adorable too and i'm missing his long hair...LOL. funny, when he had long hair i kept wanting him to cut it short but now that it's short (like REALLY short), i prefer him with long hair!

i only felt like crying when kangin's part showed (Lol my third time watching it and i still feel sad about it!) and honestly, i think i've gotten over heechul enlisting the army especially after realising that he'll still be able to see the members often!

i hope he tweets. that way we won't miss him so much!

you know life sucks when:

1) you feel this nagging pain all the time when you are awake

2) you can't bite properly because it hurts

3) you can't fall asleep with your mouth even slightly open cuz if you happen to nod and close your mouth, it'll hurt ALOT.

4) you can't eat even cheese properly

5) heck, you can't even drink using a straw

6) HECK that, you can't even open your mouth wide!

7)sm promised to broadcast Mr Simple's press conference live on youtube and facebook, and they didn't.

okay maybe the last one doesn't really mean anything, but the other 6 do!

yeah i just put on braces on tuesday, before that i'd put this band thingy and my right side hurts ALOT. it's been hurting since saturday.

later i'll be going to the dentist's to fix one of the brackets (which fell off) and i'm gonna complain about the pain cuz i really can't tahan it. last night was HORRIBLE really.

i'm like going to time and see how long i'll take to finish this stupid piece of cheese which i regret taking out to eat. it's 1227 now, and i hope to finish it by 1245. wish me luck.

i remember switching on the com after i got back home that day, and the first thing i saw on allkpop was the words "Super Junior" and "Comeback" and i was so excited (with no one to share my excitement with since my bro wasn't at home =.=) , all i could think of was:

1) They're finally back!!

2) The leaked schedule was correct after all!!

and then i realised, i didn't know who the hell it was in this photo, until i recalled that eunhyuk's the only one with blonde hair now. what a fan i am, lol.

21 July 2011:

so i saw this photo in school, before AP, i was thinking, he looks good, but what's up with the clothes! but comparing it with eunhyuk's, i felt that this was better (at least i can see his face), and that tomorrow's teaser would be even better!

that day i was in the com lab, jj showed me ryeowook's tweet about siwon's teaser being like his name, which means "cool" (like breezy, windy kinda cool), and i was like LOL okay, and didn't think too much about it.

after i was somewhat done with AP, i decided that i couldn't wait anymore and went to allkpop! it was on the headlines of course, and i was like hey his face and hair looks good!

and then i went to the article, i scrolled down to see the photo, and was like OMG and quickly scrolled even further down to the comments part.

i was in shock, and more importantly, IN SCHOOL lah.

**now my mum's here and i don't dare to post the photo just in case she see it HAHA OMG LAH**

and i realised his legs are skinny looking lol!

anyway yeah i was horrified by the photo lol, really, really, cooling outfit you have there oppa.

heenim's looked good of course! but i think the most shocking ones has to be siwon's and leeteuk's LOL.

i can't wait till 1 August when the MV teaser's released!

last year i remember repeating the teaser over and over again! ahh omg how i wish i can do that this time round. maybe fangirl in school or something haha!

there're more photos released, but i think i shan't post them lol, anyway they aren't that shocking hahaha.

and please don't tell me they'll wear that for their mv okay, i'll totally faint in horror LOL.

it's been 1 yr and 2 months since i've been this excited.

SUPER JUNIOR'S COMING BACK!!!!!!!! omgggggggggg i cannot express fully how excited i am now!!

even though sjm had their comeback earlier this year, but they didn't have individual teasers (i think?) so i wasn't this excited.

just had a minor op yesterday to take out two teeth. one was a adult tooth that couldn't grow out, and the other was a milk tooth that didn't drop because the adult tooth didn't grow out!

went there with my dad cuz I'm still underaged HAHA! yay i'm still young!

anyway the dentist asked if i knew what he was going to do, but i wasn't very sure, so he was like "you haven't been to the orthodontist?", which i said no, since i was asked to extract the teeth FIRST before putting on braces (yes i'm putting on braces!). then he tried calling my dentist (which is weird, cuz technically i've only seen MY dentist once before!) but apparently he was overseas...so i called my aunt instead and got her to talk to the dentist doing the op! since she works for my dentist. LOL.

then after about half an hour, at 3pm, he finally got started on it. firstly, i want to say that, I AM ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED OF GOING TO THE DENTIST. even if it's just polishing my teeth, my whole body tenses up! so when the dentist injected the anesthesia, i was like "OMG NO THE NEEDLE!!"

and it kinda hurt a little? More than the one that you usually get on your arm anyway.

and then i took 4 pills, 2 different types of painkillers and 2 antibiotics.

and after a little while longer, i was asked to go into the op room.

and then i was reminded of the op i had on my throat 10 years ago! which made me even more nervous actually. back then, according to my mum, i fell asleep within 5 seconds of the injection of the sleeping-thingy-that-i-can't-remember-the-name LOL. i don't remember if i was really nervous, but if i was, i probably didn't show it as much as I did yesterday.

i'm getting more timid! LOL.

anyway, they then put the headphones for me to listen to the music, and i considered asking them if i could put my own music on instead! i mean, listening to "Keep Your Head Down" might be more useful than "What a wonderful world" LOL.

after much tugging, and more anesthesia, the teeth finally came out! and throughout the whole op my body did not move a single inch, like i think everyone could feel that i was really nervous, and i actually started trembling during the op! even when i went out to find my dad, i was still shaking, until i heard a little girl play don't don and now other on her mum's iphone. THEN i stopped shaking, felt more relaxed, though half my face was still numb and the gauze in my mouth was like bloody and wet LOL.

see, super junior attracts people of all ages HAHA.

so basically i now have a huge hole on my left side of my mouth, but it doesn't really matter since i can't open up that side lol! now when i smile i look like i'm smirking instead >.<

and i'm glad that it isn't swelling! which means i can go out for dinner and shopping later! ^^

next post will be about the braces :DD

oh, and fx's hot sumer is daebak! they're all so pretty! for once i don't find krystal irritating even though she looked ALOT like yoona in the mv LOL.

i think i have a love-hate relationship with tax, i honestly find it easier than some of the other subjects we have BUT unfortunately I'm not gifted in this subject i suppose...hence the hatred for it. LOL. well at least the tutor's nice! I've got her as a tutor once each year, so I like her more than I did in Year 1 lah >.<

next there's Audit Practice(AP)!

yeah i think the tutor cum lecturer cum our careperson is really nice, but i HATE this subject. I'm supposed to love it to do well in it, but ohwells. I'm not cut out to be an auditor.

And then there's Company Law!

the lecturer's my tutor too, and i like her! and she bakes nice cookies for us lol!

Lastly there's EBSK and Comm Skills 2!

SS3 in singapore!!!!

SS3!! our tickets were at Pen B, and seriously it was no joke queuing up for such a big event. The staff were all getting tired and pissed off, so were the fans. At one point of time they actually told us that we had 15 mins to go to the toilet, and at the end of 15mins the gate would be closed, aka you'll never be able to watch the concert. THAT, was really wth. everyone RAN to the toilet!

and the queue was FREAKING LONG, i decided to head back to the waiting place. talked crap with jingjun haha.

(i can rmb it like it was yesterday! the queuing up i mean. well it happened last week but HECK.)

SO anyway we decided to not squeeze with the crazy fans LOL since we were in the mosh. Still got pushed around anyway haha. so, now shall just point out some random things that happened. not in chronological order of course. it's been a week!

(Most happened during Day1, 29 Jan 2011. I spent DAY2 screaming my lungs and throat out and trying to reach for the boys' hands lol!)

1. Siwon was weird, really LOL, what with the funny dances! he seemed like he had alot of fun though ^^

2. Heenim was HIGH, like really! he kept messing around with the others, and speaking his Engrish, "what's up singapore yo!"

not to mention chillie hee and carrot won fighting hehe :D no photo of that but here's carrot won!

3. Kyu actually dropped a fan's camera! tsktsk evil kyu. and his shocked face was totally KYUTE!! he seemed apologetic, so he took a photo of himself, but it seemed like he was taking a photo of the people opposite him instead LOL. but heenim came over and kyu took a photo of him! and heenim wanted to bring the camera away but kyu was like "hey it's the fan's!" LOLOLOL. Evil kyu teasing the fans was cute haha!

5. Siwon kissed kyu (beginning and ending of the show) and hae (well it looked like damn wrong really!

6. I thought Henry was Eunhyuk lol, when they were performing Super Girl!

7. I thought ZhouMi was Leeteuk LOL and i was like when did our leader become so tall haha!

8. Eunhyuk as a girl is PREEETTTTYY :DDD Reminds me of intimate note haha!

9. Heenim as a girl is the best. No one can ever win him, not even women. HAHA!

10. Sungmin was at our side for DAY2 so i saw alot of him, i dunno why but when i see his eyes it feels kinda...sad? dunno how to describe it lah.

11. Shindong was so funny! Him introducing himself as "tongtong" LOL, singing 世上只有妈妈好 and speaking loads of chinese! but he didn't do the 弟弟哥哥妹妹姐姐 thing haha. old joke i supposed :D him trying to wear some clothes was HILARIOUS.

12. Leeteuk was CRAZY. side effect of the accident? (which, i'm glad that our 83line was okay. what would we do if they were hurt!!) Anyway his engrish is so freaking damn cute haha!

"Do you have...money? Hahaha. Do you want...water? Hahaha. Do you want...towel? Hahahahahahaha" **members pulling him away** "Do you want...Leeteuk?"

and i screamed yes. who doesn't want him!!

the second day he had hongbaos and LOLS at the Singaporeans who screamed so loudly when they saw what he was holding :DD

13. They love the word "crazy" i think, they kept using it!

"Sungmin's crazy", "You crazy crazy" etc LOL.

14. Eunhae's duet was DARN GOOD. and i need an official version of it ahhh!!

15. Wonnie was being mean not walking over to my side for BOTH DAYS. and the best part is i was at 2 different sides for both days! omg lah!

16. And he asked us if we would like to go to church with him tomorrow (since DAY 1 was on a Saturday) and I screamed my lungs out "YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!" and i know JJ and Serena were shocked haha!

17. Yesung was so cute staring at the fans! our side! but my arm wasn't long enough to touch his hand. SAD >.<

18. Ryeowook took serena's cam when he saw her holding his name! that's so sweet of him! but dunno if he took a proper photo of him?

19. Kyu's solo, as usual, was great. the stadium, probably chinese fans, was singing along! omg i love his singing SOOOOOO much :D

20. KYU TOUCHED MY HAND TWICE!!!! so kyutely too haha! SARANGHAE OPPA! you're nicer than mean siwonnie haha. Below is how he looked like when he was at our side :DDD what a kyutie!

21. Yewon is officially my favourite pairing. next to Wonkyu, Sichul, Sihae, WonHyuk of course. HAHAHA. look at yesung distracting Eunhyuk by dancing with Donghae! he knows his opponent well :D

21. Donghae's english was zomg good! haha! and he was more high on the 2nd day, he spoke much more, in english may i add, and his accent is so cute! i swear the boys need an english programme. siwon and henry teaching them English would be HILARIOUS :DD

he stayed behind at the end saying something like "i'm solo dance now. **SCREAMS** Byebye!" naughty fishy!

well i guess it hasn't been an interesting year of blogging for me, or for the very few people who still bother to occasionally come here and check, haha. BUT i still love my spams about kpop!

mainly cuz it distracts me from the reality that i don't want to face, LOL >.<

Money-spending year:
honestly, i'm broke. like my bank account has reached an all-time low!!!! my gawd. just listing my most expensive (and more memorable) expenses of the year:
1) Jam Hsiao's concert : $192 (includes half of someone's birthday present, so that's why it's so ex!!)
2) Mayday concert : $100 (partly sponsored by yingzhi's parents! so that's why it's that cheap LOL)
3) Xiaozhu's concert : $187 (haizz.)
4) Super Junior's Samsung Galaxy S showcase : $185 (the ticket) + $25 (lightstick & balloon. ONE balloon. i'm never buying fan merchandise from comics connection again =.=)
5) CN Blue : $68 (ahh. finally a cheaper one. and kinda worth it since minhyuk waved to me ahh!!!)
6) Super Junior/Super Show 3 in 2011 : okay kinda worried about this, mainly cuz i'm attending BOTH shows. which means $211 for first day, and $198 (or something) for the second show (10% discount, yet to pay serena ) AND i've yet to pay jingjun for the siwon/kyu towels and fanpack

Don't say i'm rich, cuz i'm in need of money now (considering the fact that i didn't work part-time this year) and neither am i a spendthrift, cuz i really think about how i want to spend my money!

except maybe where it concerns suju, LOL.

this year is quite bleahhs, i feel like i've accomplished some stuff, yet i've also done nothing much. OTTOKE!!!!! but my knowledge of korean has improved alot, haha! and i've also understood the tiring process of translating episodes. i've already 5-6 full episodes (meaning 1 hour) under my name, just myself as the translator. YAY :D

so for 2011, i hope to improve myself even more! which i'm sure i will be able to do so. And that's mainly because next year's SIP year **horror**
yeah, so i'll finally have a job, lol!

also i'll be continuing my korean lessons! and i hope to be able to become a translator for sjsubs too in addition to my current position in 4minutesubs! :D

and i'll like to announce that this year i've only cried 3 times! once very badly, and the other 2 times while watching dramas. which is a little weird lah, LOL.
okay still got one more time where i suddenly cried while watching heechul imitate hankyung. HAIZZ.

so finally, i'll like to say my wishes for 2011:

been croaking since...monday?

i really didn't eat anything that might be bad to my throat these two days LOL, didn't eat ice cream nor biscuits (even the ones that the IF tutor treated us to!), and MOST IMPORTANTLY, i ate subway's roasted chicken breast sub, WITHOUT ANY COOKIES.

how depressing is that!

my throat itches, and the itch is like always THERE. which makes me want to cough, but coughing too hard hurts my throat, PLUS it's a torture to hold my coughs in during lessons while the teacher's talking.

ahh. how did people like yonghwa survive vocal cord nodules!

and the more i can't talk, the more i feel like talking.

During a sociology lecture, the lecturer showed us this clip of a girl called Genie, who was found in a room, tied to a chair and isolated for 14years since she was born.
and suddenly i was kinda feeling intrigued, like how isolation from the world can make a person so different!

or was it because she had been retarded since birth, and hence her parents decided to do that to her?

in any case, i just felt so sad for her! especially seeing how she regressed, really sad that such a thing happened to her, cuz i thought she was rather pretty too.

but other than that, i still haven't felt anything for sociology....which is pretty sad cuz i was kinda looking forward to it =.=

maybe it was a good thing that i didn't take psychology! lol.

Eeteuk : "Super Junior is my biggest pride."

yesterday went out with connie and lirong.
we were supposed to meet at 1330 at orchard mrt, but i only left house at 1245, so i was thinking i'll probably be late! but somehow i managed to reach there just 1-3 mins late, found connie around 10 mins later, and we decided to go find a place to have lunch first since lirong left her house at around 1330 =.=

so we went round shopping, and actually i can't really remember what we talked about, or what we really did, but we just spent almost the whole day together, and yeah it was fun!

but i'm not going to do such stuff often LOL.

anyway, i've been accepted as a trainee by 4minute subs, currently on my second project! Suju's miracle with 4minute on it. 26mins! up from 15mins. i chionged 15mins in 4.5hours, but i'll take my time with this one, only done 6 mins so far :(

yesterday met connie and melody to go give lirong a surprise at THE HANDBURGER ion outlet she's working at, and boy, did we surprise her ^^
keep up the good service lol!

then the three of us went walking round, none of us really bought anything so we went to starbucks to have a drink and chatted. and i left earlier at around 1820 cuz i needed to go for my FIRST korean language lesson! (dae~~han min guk!)

UNFORTUNATELY, i couldn't find the taxi stand because
1) haagen daz is like, gone in wisma atria =.=
2) when i exited wisma atria and tried heading towards where the taxi stand was supposed to be BUT i thought there were renovation works going on!

and hence i went one big round the mall to get to the stand! wth. but lucky me managed to get into a cab immediately, and it was 1834 then >.<

my lesson started/starts at 7pm lah so imagine how nervous i was! the uncle even gave me a sweet to calm me down LOL.

reached the classroom at 1910 liddat, heng it had only just started AND i wasn't the last!

the teacher asked us which korean stars do we like!
first student : super junior ("lee donghae?" asked the teacher ^^), kyuhyun (服务员! yay)

anyway, maybe i should start with the thing that i've been obsessed with for almost..a year? to be exact, 10months :D

the answer? KPOP!

lol of course i'm not gonna to rant on about the whole genre. just selective bits haha.

first up is SHINee's second mini album!
the ninth track of the album is YOUR NAME, happens to be my favourite song, cuz of an unknown (?) voice in the song :D it's either minho or key lah.
haha i fail at writing reviews.

well it's a soothing and sweet song, kinda hard to diffrentiate key from minho (except for rap parts), taemin from jonghyun. onew's probably the only one whom i managed to identify ALL the time LOL.

long time no blog!
well it's kinda lagged, but i've decided that it's a must post HAHA.

introducing minhyuk, to my almost dead blog :)

Drummer of CN Blue, he was born on the 28th of June, 1991.
(unfortunately, i don't think he's an oppa to me. CHINGUL! )
and he's my fave drummer ahahahaha!

yeah went to the "2010 Listen to the CN Blue Singapore Showcase" on the 21august with yingzhi!
the process of getting the tickets was HORRIBLE.

i'd already created an account with gatecrash using my dad's info, standby since 845am that day the tickets were to be on sale.
then it was 9am.
i managed to click on 2 CATEGORY1 SEATS. the ones which would allow as to take a GROUP PHOTO with them, and get ALL FOUR autographs!
and then the website lagged.
and after 10 mins, i refreshed the page.
clicked on another 2 cat1 seats.
MANAGED TO TYPE IN THE CREDIT CARD DETAILS.
the website lagged.
i refreshed the page. no cat1 tickets left.
so i clicked on 2 CATEGORY 2 seats. the ones which would allow us to have ONE autographed poster from ONE member.
and it lagged.

i practically did that for close to 3 hours! slapping myself in despair too >.<

anyway they were great! minhyuk's english was probably the best :))))

yoong's was like OMG HAHA i couldn't understand half of what he was saying!

and the other two hardly spoke lah.

too cute! the audience shouted "SNSD!" "Seohyun!" whenever it was yonghwa's turn to speak, he looked kinda shocked, and was so cute when he was like "NO!" hahaha! love that guy <3

lastly, what i wanna say is that, MINHYUK WAVED AT ME TWICE!!!

he first waved in my direction, then i was like "EH HE WAVED!" so i waved, hoping he'll see me, AND HE DID!!!

ahh.

it's tuesday, 3days after the showcase, and i'm still excited that i waved to him :)

SUPER JUNIOR'S SINGTEL SAMSUNG GALAXY S SHOWCASE WAS DAEBAK!!! ^^

met jj at around 810 on the train, we went to citylink mall to buy toast for breakfast, before going to queue for the showcase. by the time we reached there, there were already about a hundred or more people there? so we sat down, and we realised that we'd actually talked to the girl in front of us before at jam's autograph session! and we kinda clicked too haha. so for the whole 9 hours or so we were talking about suju, and some other random stuff too.

by around 4 pm people had to start queuing outside the mall! (the show case was at marina bay sands) as time ticked, we were feeling more and more excited too.

okay lets just skip to the showcase haha.

i still can't believe i saw super junior LIVE! all 9 of them! felt/feels so unreal! they look the same, talk the same, BEHAVE EXACTLY the way i thought they would too!

even though i was quite near and close to them, i still couldn't see them! not only that, i also couldn't see the two screens with the recording too! the person on my left had her elbow resting ON MY CHEST the whole time, the person on my right had her bum stick to mine the whole time, the person behind me kept trying to take stuff from her bag, which was irritating cuz i could feel her rumaging through her things, and the person in front of me made me smell her sweaty head throughout the whole event lah!!!

anyway i'm really glad i came, cuz i actually witnessed to see how caring and thoughtful siwon can be! he looks WAY better in person too (which is like omg lah), but i do wish the audience would stop being so biased towards heechul and donghae. there were two crazy girls who KEPT shouting "HEECHUL OPPA, SARANGHAEYO!" repeatedly, felt like boxing them! even though heechul is really pretty and stuff (which he really is!) there's still no need to keep shouting such stuff! he wouldn't be able to hear them anyway.

and donghae also looks much better in person!

though they look like how they look like onscreen LOL.

anyway, it was ryeowook's birthday, and they'd prepared a cake for him. 李心钰 (love her english honestly!) and pornsak were the hosts, so the former had a little cake on her face, siwon told her that! and while she was busy mc-ing the next song and the others were busy preparing on stage, siwon took a few pieces of paper, walked towards her, tapped her and gave her the tissues!

the look on his face wasn't really gentle or what (like maybe what donghae and leeteuk would have on their faces if they were the ones doing it), but i can really remember it cuz i loved his action!

not to mention that he hugged her too.

ahh. if only i were her :(

ryeowook wished that they'll be able to come to singapore for a concert, PLEASE DO OKAY!!! i'll definitely go, cuz at least there'll be no pushing and hoving with people resting their elbows on my chest =.=

i was in awe, disappointed, happy and yet sad all the same time right after the concert ended.

currently in post concert depression mode :(

he hasn't left singapore yet im sure, but i feel so sad now!

last night when he said singapore's weather really suits his mum, and that she wants to live here in future (something along those lines), it reminded me of my dream! ahh shouldn't have told anyone about it.

i WAS feeling 'excited' cuz school starting, and well, got new subjects and stuff.

and then after knowing my class, the world totally came crashing down on me.

i've been spending my hols fangirl-ing HAHA. loads of doses of siwon, xiaozhu, and superjunior! but i'm not sure if its because i used the com too much, cuz i actually fainted TWICE in a week.

feeling better already!

though for some reason i'm still not getting enough sleep, sheesh.

and i really really should think about how i was like before i turned 9.

havent posted for a long time!

anyway my life's more interesting these days, for the past week i've been helping out at my mum's workplace: the clinic LOL.

packing medicine, registering the patients' names, basically that was what i did.

stresses me, especially whenever i spill the tablets!

went to watch jam's concert on sat, haha he's still cute and funny! seemui and yingzhi were paying more attention to the drummer, but i personally feel that he's soso. my favourite drummer is CHOI SIWON. haha.

won't bother to describe the concert, just have to say that jam didnt disappoint the 7500-strong audience :)

nope yingzhi there's no post about my last day as a 17yrold. but there's one about my first day being an eighteen year old :)

okay so today wasn't exactly an enjoyable day (for me). band prac was really so so, and i found myself thinking and worrying about a lot of stuff.

and i think i've been rather rude to some people, who, compared to others, don't really deserve the rudeness from me. feel apologetic, but lol.

and this thing is like creeping me out lah. i hope i don't get a nightmare =.=

got back most of my test papers already, i'm left the two cds.

well, honestly, it's been a long time since i felt this way, and i know it's entirely my own fault for not studying, for freaking out during the test etc. but still, the feeling sucks.

guess it's a good thing that i haven't gotten used to it.

felt like crying when i got back my econs paper, though i already knew i wouldn't do well. but again, i didn't expect myself to be THAT lousy. last in class? back in 2e, where i was one of the lousiest too, i had never been last. in fact, despite my lousy results all these years, i've never been last in class before! (i think.)

maybe it's a reminder for me to start working hard.

which i will.

ONCE AGAIN, it's time to say HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

2009 has passed by VERY quickly, i think the earth's spinning faster nowadays =.= i spent around half of 2009 as HOLIDAYS, so it was quite a slacky year, hence the weight increase (lol). but well, made many new friends, learnt much stuff, even about myself.

well, i hope 2010 will be a great year!

Shall do a recap of MY 2009:

Most Memorable Event/Occasion(s): (in chronological order)
#1: the day we got our olevel results.
quite understandable, isn't it? that was the first day of the year that i cried too lol. sad, but ohwells, it's not like i'm regretting or what HAHA.

#2: XiaoZhu's Autograph session
it was my first time seeing him, or any taiwanese idol of mine in fact, and i was so star struck! i was standing at the fourth floor, i was so stunned that i didn't talk at all, just looked at him, and i remember when he waved to us, my mind was thinking "OMG HE WAVED HE WAVED!!!!!" but my hands were like stuck to me lol =.=

#3: freshmen orientation (3days)
this, i officially declare, has been the worse three days of my 2009 life. my toes have yet to recover from the gigantic blister the orientation gave me (they're both swollen, and very sadly i think they won't recover anytime soon), and i still feel afraid whenever i listen to the music of the chicken dance =.=

#4: SYF 09
second day of the year that i cried! (see how 'happy' this year has been?)

#5: Mayday's concert
i think i SHOULD/HAVE TO write this lah haha! thankyou to yingzhi's dad who paid for my ticket :)

#6: Jam Hsiao's Autograph session
second time at an autograph session, this time queuing up! also star struck, cuz i nearly forgot to shake his hand, AND THEN HE HELD ON TO ME WHEN I WANTED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!!! haha so if you want to know how his hands feel like, it's just a rougher version of yingzhi's LOL.

MONEY-SPENDING YEAR
yeah my expenditure has increased this year, but so have my savings! basically spent more on clothes, and i also bought many albums this year. strictly speaking it was my brother, since i didn't pay for quite a few of them haha.

okay i take that back, cuz i just found out that SO MANY PEOPLE ARE HAVING THEIR CONCERTS NEXT YEAR and they'll probably come to singapore too. SO...i've long started to save up for the concerts. seems like there'll be at least three that i intend to attend. GAWD.

CHANGES
dunno if youall noticed or not, but i myself feel that i've changed this year. besides physically, of course. i know i put on ALOT of weight but whatever, that's not my point.

one big change would probably be my SINGING. in jan 09, during the batch outing, i hardly sang, and was reluctant to sing too at some point. but now in dec 09, i can't wait to go singing! haha! people like yingzhi and connie noticed the change lah.

also, i admit my temper hasn't been all that great for the past three years (including this year). i've been more direct this year too. to some extent, less emo than the past two years too. but sometimes i feel that the only times that i feel REALLY happy are when i see sec4s 08! still, you guys are the best.

everything seems so different in poly. sometimes i feel like im not myself, yet at other times i feel like i'm finally saying and doing stuff that i want to do.

this year, i think i've been more easily irritated, more easily agitated, more easily touched, more easily satisfied, and it's much easier to make me FEEL like crying too.

ah. what a year (lol).

on to happier stuff like SIWON!!!

before school started in april, i had lollipop and ahwei.

before school resumed in october, i had xiaozhu.

before the tests started, i had jam.

before the year ended, I FOUND SIWON!!!

yingzhi probably feels damn irritated now that im mentioning his name again for the 38549587495879723472389724th time hahaha.

anyway my 2009 new year resolutions:

yesterday met jj and melody for lunch and to study, which we didnt do too much haha.
met shiling and seemui for dinner after that and we rushed to vj for their concert? first time we were LATE and we were like still strolling!

but well let's just say that i havent been too in touch with band-related stuff so haha appreciation level quite low.

well i still like their trumpets!

and honestly i laugh ALOT when im with our batch! suddenly life isnt that boring.

so today went for alumni prac, it was quite sian to be honest so shan't elaborate.

yesterday was a not-so-normal day, found the day rather interesting, as compared to normal. (anyway my definition of 'interesting' isnt that difficult to define nowadays).

anyway first off, during macro econs the teacher actually asked if i did my tutorial! since she marked me down last week for not doing (cant believe she recognises me lah.)

then during bus stats lesson, i was just hugging my bag as usual, when the teacher suddenly walked to the back, brought a chair, put it next to me and asked, "do you need a chair to put your bag?" LOL hahaha that was rather funny lah.

and that's all.

anyway midsem tests coming, tomorrow i'll be having jap, saturday marketing, and the rest of next week filled with tests.

and next saturday i'll be in malaysia to attend my uncle's wedding! lol havent been back there for quite a long time i suppose. two years?

i was reminded (sorta by my bro) about ahband's upcoming concert, the one that i havent decided if i should play for alumni band. i'll like to, but on the other hand im also kinda scared that after not touching my instru for close to half a year, i'll regress like siao lah!

went to xiao jing teng's autograph session on saturday!
it was a last minute decision though, when jingjun asked me if i wanna go or not. then i was thinking since i already have his album, might as well go get his signature haha.

so we met at around 1010 on the train, and we took it to jurong east, reached imm at 11am.

we were like "OH NO" when there was no crowd/queue seen around the mall! the plaza was also quite empty with no sign of any jam's fans.

well anyway we ended up eating and walking and shopping round the mall, and finally decided to queue (by sitting down) at around 2pm?

her friend came to join us later, then just talked about the taiwan shows and stuff lah.

we were kinda worried that no one would turn up (and that would be pretty sad for anyone), but by 620 pm liddat his fan club appeared!

[since this is my first actual autograph session, i will write more details here HAHA.]

anyway he sang wang fei and hui tong de shi tou. yupp only two, which is really disappointing lah.

then the signing of the albums started. forgot to mention, i was the 2nd non-fan-club person in the queue! i was pretty nervous, my left hand was like sweating liao, so i kept wiping it since he was going to shake it.

who knew i would actually forget to shake his hand! i just took the album, turned to leave, but dunno is it jj who tapped me, or just tt i saw his outreached hand, anyway i took it, and turned to leave AGAIN (like i was in a hurry or something)..

BUT THEN he held on to me! which shocked me actually, and i turned to look into his eyes, to see him say VERY VERY VERY sincerely, "xie4 xie4".

and till now i still find him damn shuai.

i have NEVER seen anyone say thankyou THAT sincerely before!

ha he'll be third on my list now :)

can't wait for his new album to come, only a few more days!

finally posting! mainly because im bored.

holidays will end this week, and im feeling rather sian that school's starting so quickly! feel quite reluctant to go back to that doesn't-seem-busy-but-still-tiring life .

DAY 1:

so after we arrived at Incheon airport, we went to Nami Island, aka one of the places they filmed "Winter Sonata".

had lunch. this is the uncooked version, can't find the cooked one but it's much redder than how it looks like before it's cooked. on the hotplate there's chicken plus ricecake and some other stuff. and we were supposed to wrap the chicken up with this huge vegetable leaf and stuff it into our mouths. first time i ate so much veggies!

after that we went to Dongdaemun market to shop, and took a flight to jeju island.

DAY 2:

abalone porridge for breakfast. unfortunately im allergic to shellfish, meaning no abalone for me, so here's my plain porridge. according to my family they said they would rather eat the plain porridge haha.

this, if im not wrong is yongduam rock. (just following the itinerary.) my parents came here 18 years ago for their honeymoon!

sungan sunrise peak. parents came here too back then.

went to the place where they filmed da chang jin:

lunch (bbq pork)! before that we went to ride some huge four-wheel "motorbike", which was cool! my mum said i looked so experienced, and my dad said i probably drove better than him despite him having a motorbike license in the past. these comments encouraged me to learn driving, which i will if my dad buys a car LOL.

and..proceeded to the teddybear museum!

a squirrel! not very clear cuz i zoomed in to the max. saw loads of them in korea, and they're quite clever! whenever someone aims a camera at them they'll pose for two seconds before running off haha so cute.

went to spa valley after that, and fed the fish with my dead skin cells! quite ticklish but got used to it after a while.

DAY 4:
traditional houses with modern people living in them

korean kids are really really hyper haha.

lunch! didnt like this lunch too much, despite there being 22-24 dishes there.

went to climb some hill to see this building. (had blisters, so i took off my shoes to walk properly. the fish ate my cells for nothing then >.< ) this whole building and stuff are made out of rocks piled on top of one another. the koreans have this belief of piling rocks to pray for people and stuff, and this guy, who piled everything here, did it until he died. cool but can you imagine if there's an earthquake?

DAY 5:
went to everland!

took this ride to see the animals up close:

the driver gave the command "sexy pose" and the bear did this!

went back to ahs on monday. you know what, i think the reason why i go back there is to see friends/juniors, and not the teachers. i spent the three-four hours there talking to these people.

and mr chan remembers me! sorta.

after that went to eat lunch at swenson's with seemui, yingzhi, huiling and jervis. honestly i haven't laughed so much in a day for quite a long time!

later went to kbox, jervis went back to study and jevon came? lol. first time talking to him.

anyway, yesterday went shopping with seemui at orchard. spent a total of $89 on three tops, and i still wanna spend more hahaha.

talked alot about bbt with seemui, i feel like i know the bbt didis personally lah! and YES i want to go see lollipop at changi airport when they come to singapore, and if it's ever possible, go see them at the hotel, see them having dinner, see them at their concert(whenever that is) and basically just stalk them HA.

i know ahwei wants to go orchard road!

going korea this weekend, cant wait! :)

yesterday was comm skills presentation!

the slides were messed up during the presentation, as in the background became black? but overall i think we did quite okay :) tripped over the words "Environmental Policy" quite a few times, maybe cuz i didn't practise too many times. i only practised the whole speech like, twice? and kept repeating that two words but aiyah.

POM presentation was probably better.

speaking of which, we had our last microecons/pom/comm skills tutorial yesterday! managed to get an A for microecons coursework, but POM though i got an A for the project, i got a B+ for the coursework. must be the midsem test, i got 32/40, which is like just nice an A lol. mr thomas lee also showed us our online test results plus timing, i was the fastest with 4mins plus seconds! next person took 8mins plus, majority took 12-18mins.

that, is my greatest achievement up to date in TP =D

before pom tutorial, also saw chongning. well actually SHE saw me, she was like "HI DO YOU REMEMBER ME??", which kinda shocked me lol since she popped out of nowhere. she was doing the trolley thing, asked me to buy a drink from her, and there were two choices, love potion or polyjuice. weird name for a drink, like, isn't polyjuice supposed to be disgusting? (maybe it depends on the person's hair used haha)

anyway i bough the polyjuice, it was pretty nice, and purple in colour! ha.

okay it's 1216 now, shall go pia for tomorrow's BOA test! havent even started.

my aunt gave birth to a baby girl today! so she has the same birthday as my grandpa and singapore!!

watching the parade now, and i cant say how glad and proud to be a singaporean!

i found the part where they sang 'I will survive' quite funny and yet appropriate!

shall say the pledge a few minutes in advance! (havent done it for like dunno how many months liao)

watching the two very last mo fan bang bang tang episodes.

there was this part where ahwei did his da feng che. he hadn't done it successfully since the CNY performance. everytime i saw him fail, i felt so sad for him. but he managed to do the longest one ever! which made me cry actually.

seeing them tui4 tang2 for the very last time, it's very sad. (my eyes are watery and my nose is like runny now)

those people who have never watched an ep of mfbbt won't know why people like me are crying.

where else but in mfbbt can you find people who fight so hard to prove to others that they are worth something? sometimes it's not just a matter of how their singing/dancing or looks aren't fantastic. there's something about them that makes them so lovable, which is their fighting spirit.

also, it's thanks to these didis that i managed to cheer up whenever i was feeling down.

people ask why do we love them?

the answer? go watch three episodes, just any random one, and you'll know why.

i hope all the didis will continue to strive to improve and work hard, jiayou! i'll miss mfbbt forever :)

today is considered an "early" day, since i got to eat dinner before 8pm. this is how pathetic my life has been for the past two to three weeks. still doing project now, for tomorrow's presentation! im sorry JMMs for getting the very first slot of the day BUT look on the bright side! at least mr fong won't be bored with us HAHA.

had been weird but not memorable dreams these few days. but dreamt of my section too, maybe i miss them lol ^^

life with these projects sucks terribly, horribly, and vegetably.

(since i dont like vegetables, makes sense for 'vegetables' to be a word that means terrible or horrible).

im pissed off. irritated. with you guys. but i know it's partly my fault. to me it's pretty obvious what you ppl are thinking. i can GUESS, you know. i may not have the best exam results ever but i think i know im smart enough to tell when people don't like something about me or simply just me.

TESTS ARE OVER!!!

but i think im like totally dead for FA. the most confident paper HAD to be POM, the first paper, and the worse paper HAD to be FA which was like yesterday. aka the last paper too.

when i read the first question i was like "SHIT WHY DID I NOT LOOK THROUGH THE BALANCE SHEET FORMAT". so i skipped to the next question. i managed to attempt all the questions but still, IT SUCKS.

how to be an accountant next time????

anyway went to kbox later, serene drove us there again! haha. speaking of which, melody said she might change to contact lenses after the break, and i forgot to tell her i wanna change my specs! i want the same kind as ahwei's.

i've been wondering WHAT is the difference between break and vacation. conclusion: break = recess from school, vacation = the actual holidays.

sucks. two weeks only, and we'll probably spend most of the time doing projects! now we have to add microecons to the list. heng FA currently dont have project or else i'll totally FAINT.

another thing which sucks is my english! i wonder how much i'll get for the euthanasia essay, im SO not confident in it. aim for z!

i have to say, im kinda shocked about what you remembered, cuz alot of the stuff you mentioned i dont remember doing it or saying it! i had to like think "when did i say that?" and stuff, took me awhile to remember them (especially the city slickers one).

and yeah, i have to agree about alot of stuff, and i must say our senior-junior relationship is like very different from anyone else! unique eh.

if i have the chance, (given that i still can play the trumpet) i'll definitely join band again. BUT even if i dont choose to do so, i'll still go back to try play for concerts!

i canNOT believe midsem tests are like almost here! tomorrow i'll be having comm skills test, probably doing the topic on euthanasia BUT it's like damn hard to write leh. if i state that im against euthanasia, i'll probably end up writing the same stuff as the others. on the other hand, if i state that im for euthanasia, WHAT THE HELL AM I GOING TO WRITE LAH.

another week has passed..and i realised i've been in tp for like, close to a month already!

i feel like i've known 1A04 girls like for a long time liao. can you ubelieve it, it took me four years to go kbox with sec4s08, and four WEEKS to do that with my classmates!

yeah so like i said, i went kbox with serene melody connie and lirong on thursday, after comm skills, which ended at 12 so YAY early day! im loving thursdays for now. obviously i wasnt the one who hogged the mike to have her own concert, but neither was i the one to sing the least!

i sang mainly guys' songs/parts lol.

anyway life is getting repetitive, i can't think of anything interesting to blog about leh. im not emo about anything either, so i can't write long long posts. AARGHH.

i am really really really bored. im also getting harder to entertain.

anyway today's mother's day! i havent done anything for my mum for mother's day for a long time already. (sheesh what's up with my english >.<) i cant remember when was the last time i wrote a card for her. was it p4? or p5?

or maybe p2?

i dunno why, but the older i get, the harder i find it to express my thoughts to my parents. not that im not thankful, but i remember last time one reason why i did those cards and stuff was because our teachers MADE us do them! and now since we're not being forced, obviously i dont do them.

i am really not close to my mum. when we go shopping, more than half the time we spend together is like in silence. it's weird, just plain weird. (maybe our characters are quite alike).

i know i made her angry and sad quite a few times before, and everytime she's sad, i feel damn angry with myself too, but the next day we'll pretend nothing happened, and it seems like she really forgets all these unhappy stuff.

i hope in our next life, i'll be her daughter again! happy mother's day to my mum, and i hope she stays healthy and happy forever :)

yesterday had the PACEsetters interview. formal wear was required so i wore this white top plus jeans and black flats. like yeah i know jeans aren't considered formal but HEY, they also never specify!

on the way there i was feeling rather nervous, cuz i didnt know if the interview was to choose people, or was it just to see how we talk and stuff. walked up the slope when i heard a trumpet! i wanted to chiong down to find the person and say "LEMME PLAY!!" LOL. i found myself asking "how's my tone? how's the section?" and stuff. hearing that trumpet made me kinda sad! wonder if i got time to join anot.

since the interview was in the library, sixth floor, i had to get my temperature taken, which was like 35degrees. im like, half dead lol. anyway i was considering whether to take the stairs, but got this uncle taking the lift so i took the lift with him. i think im mad already, suddenly im like so scared of being alone in places like lifts or staircases.

blahblah lets skip to the interview! first we had to do this quiz to see how well we know tp, and seriously, i hardly know tp. like, "which date was tp founded in?" and they gave choices like 6april1990, 6april1991, 10april1990, 10april1991. and both 6april and 10april are like quite significant to me, since it's like syf09 and 07 respectively. so i chose 10april1990.

i don't know how big tp is (i chose 30hectares, i dont even know how big that is), neither do i know who the principal of tp or director of business school, and i dont even know what food outlets are there in tp!

i just eat, lol.

after that i went in for the interview which was around 10minutes but it was like OMG. quite scary, but their feedback about me was nice to hear! like saying IM A NICE PERSON, and that i've got potential.

seriously, im like WA. worry for nothing.

so the week's pretty over since monday is over HAHA. school's getting a LITTLE busy, but i think we're going kbox next thursday? haha CAN'T WAIT. even if i sing a LITTLE too softly XD

FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL IS OVER!!

next week, it'll be much more tiring than the past few days. don't we miss the holidays?

i shall post a boring post up here, introducing my subjects hahaha.

i am in A&F and on my timetable there's 6 subjects, 5 of which are examinable, namely FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING (which is more interesting than BOA), COMMUNICATION SKILLS1, PRINCIPALS OF MANAGEMENT (the lecturer's pronunciation abit funny), APEL (something like SEL), BUSINESS OFFICE APPLICATIONS (which sucks cuz though i had a 3hour lab lesson yesterday, I CAN'T DO MY HOMEWORK NOW!!) and MICROECONOMICS.

less subjects than van low anyway hahaha.

everyday i have this problem of wondering what to wear to school. seriously i should lose weight, and tan my arms (freaking uneven tan now, my arms looks like Cadbury's top deck!)

okay on monday we had a pretty short day, only 2 hours of lecture, and we went out for lunch! not the whole class, but around half of us were there. the person who served us (looked like a manager of some sort) was pretty good, and i'm glad to see someone who doesnt think taking huge orders for teenagers is irritating! i think he had fun LOL.

after a week with 1A04, i think i can say, either i get along quite well with them OR i'm not as zi4 bi4 as i used to be! i feel like writing out all my new friends' names, but i'll sound like a noob 12yearold instead of the 17yearold i am >.<

but i still wanna say it! okay so far i've only talked to the girls, and i found out there are 3 20yearolds in our class! you three look MATURE but still young at heart lah hahahaha. serene drives, connie has a boyfriend that drives, and wangqiong...takes the bus LOL. then there are the others like melody who is the first person i talked to in this class (and she has mentioned that im very quiet), jingjun who knows her way round tp very well, so for the past few days we were depending on her hahaha. lirong whom i always walk to the bus stop with (okay, maybe only for a few days), syafiqah who's the only non-chinese in our class and sometimes i tend to speak chinese to her (sorry!), xinyi who looks like teresa from campus superstar (the tabletennis girl), and ruoting priscillia whom i havent really talked to yet.

the last time i posted this kinda thing was like...NEVER. ( i feel like deleting this post already but whatever.)

we had a&f orientation on thursday out in the damn hot sun, and i taught melody, lirong and wangqiong games like chop chilli chop, xi3 niu2 nai3 etc. that ahs people almost definitely know how to play haha. thanks to that few hours in the sun, my arms are like seriously seriously ugly cuz of the tan!!

as for ccas, seemui and i put our names down for PACE SETTERS (weird name, i can't relate it to the stuff they do) and i think i seriously need to learn to communicate with others properly. the guy at the booth emphasised that giving our names and details to them DOES NOT MEAN we're in the cca. they require us to fill in a form, and giving them photocopies of our school testimonial, olevel cert, cca record and 'other achievements' which i think i dont have so i'll have to write WHY DO I NOT HAVE OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS.

also signed up for community service club. if you're wondering why i didn't PUT MY NAME DOWN for band, don't ask me why, but i seriously don't know. rest assure, i'll still go see ahband :)
